Disclaimers and use of data.

Tradabase is a research and information tool. It records public market news, an automated reading of which securities that news may relate to, and the price moves that followed. That is all it does.

• Tradabase is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a financial planner, and is not registered as any of these with the SEC, FINRA or any other regulator.
• Direction labels such as "bullish" and "bearish", magnitude scores, critiques of commentators' theses and daily briefs describe news and published opinions. They are not recommendations and do not take your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance into account.
• Hit and miss marks and measured outcomes describe what happened in the past. Past outcomes do not indicate or guarantee future results.
• Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of principal. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Accuracy of analysis and data

• Automated analysis. Event readings, ticker associations, chart breakdowns and briefs are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). They can be incomplete or wrong, including naming the wrong security or the wrong direction. Always check the original source.
• Delayed prices. Market prices come from a third-party data provider and are delayed at least 15 minutes. Measured outcomes are computed from those delayed prices and may differ from the prices you could actually have traded at.
• No warranty. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Tradabase is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information it provides.

Use of X data

Tradabase reads public posts from a fixed list of accounts through the official X API, and uses that content in line with X's Developer Agreement and Developer Policy:

• Posts are shown unaltered, with the author's name and handle, the time posted and a link to the original on X.
• Posts belong to their authors. Tradabase does not sell, license or redistribute X content.
• Content that is deleted, made private or otherwise removed on X is removed from Tradabase, together with anything derived from it.
• X content is analysed only to produce the readings shown in the app. It is not used to train or improve AI models.
• Tradabase reads X only through the official API. It does not scrape X.

Tradabase is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. or any account it follows. Inclusion of an account does not mean that account endorses Tradabase.

Accounts and your data

• An account needs an email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to Tradabase.
• Your watchlist and your ideas are stored with your account and are not shown to other members.
• Account access may be suspended for misuse, including attempts to scrape, resell or redistribute content from the service.

Trademarks

Company names, ticker symbols and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Mention of any company or security does not imply any relationship with or endorsement by it.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of Tradabase after a change means you accept the updated terms.
